Repayment Options

• Manual Repayment Burn CoUSD at any time to reclaim your BTC — fully or partially.

• Automatic Repayment For No-Liquidation Vaults, repayment is triggered automatically at the end of the lock period. No action required.

Liquidation Mechanics

Liquidatable Vaults are actively monitored. If your collateral ratio falls below the liquidation threshold:

• A third-party liquidator can repay your CoUSD debt.
• In return, they claim your BTC at a discount.
• You keep any excess collateral, minus fees.

To avoid liquidation, monitor your LTV and top up or repay early as needed.

Partial Repayment

You can repay any amount of CoUSD to:

• Reduce your debt
• Improve your collateral ratio
• Lower liquidation risk This provides flexibility in volatile markets.
